Human beings are not designed for the sedentary lifestyle that we currently lead, the human body has evolved over thousands of years whilst the technology that we now use has evolved over the past 50/60 years. This has resulted in more and more of us leading very sedentary lifestyle where we sit in front of computers for most of our working days.
