How can I connect to my feelings and needs?

It sounds so easy to say I will just connect to my feelings and needs but what if you are disconnected and can’t actually ‘feel’ them? Having a simple daily practice of relaxation and then asking yourself with love what do I feel? what do I need? Is a good start. In that moment you don’t need to fix anything, simply witnessing without judgement starts to build the connection. Try it for the next week – perhaps keeping a diary to see how feelings and needs flow or are triggered. This is a simple Feminine Power Coaching practice which can lead to a much deeper connection to yourself and greater clarity on your life.
